Journal Entry: #001

Today is my first day of college, my teacher Professor Michel wants us to keep a journal in order to work on our writing skills. I really don’t see why since I am getting a major in Criminal Justice, I wish I had just deployed with my brother when I had the chance. Anchorage sounds a lot better than this civilian life.
Aside from all the other useless introduction information we had to go through, I found out we take our first trip into a state of the art Vault-Tec vault located at the Museum of Technology. The trip will be next week and I really can’t wait to get some first hand experience in these useless vaults.
Maybe tomorrow will be a better day, I have training this weekend with D.C National Guard.
From what I heard these guard units are just a reserve in case of a homeland invasion so there is not a chance of us ever seeing any combat.
Im suppose to meeting up with my family through video channel. That is another obstacle I do not wish to elaborate on for this entry.
